Mince Pies
Last
night we had leftover bolognaise too! Someone else had made it and put
it in our freezer, and it served us well on spaghetti the night before.
But last night I put it in to puff pastry in muffin tins and made mini
mince pies. Yum! I have never been a fan of mince pies but think I could
like a really good homemade one. And indeed these were good. I sprinkled a little cheese on top of the mince, and we had some corn on the side.
