Vegetarian Lasagne
Last
night I did a vegetarian lasagne - inspired by KellyO's Cannelloni.
Spinach, cottage cheese, tinned tomatoes and a jar of garlicky tomatoey
sauce. Topped with grated cheddar and a little feta.
