Huevos Rancheros
tonight
we had huevos rancheros. a tin each of butter beans and cannellini
beans (drained), one onion, garlic, one tin of tomatoes, some cumin and
paprika. cook all of that together, then put the mix in ramekins or a
small baking tray. crack a couple of eggs on top and put them under the
grill.
