Parsley pesto with spaghetti

Last
night we had Parsley Pesto with spaghetti. This is what I make when I
can't be bothered cooking. Cashews and garlic in the blender with HEAPS
of parsley, parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. Stir
through hot pasta and sprinkle with more parmesan. Leftover pesto will
keeps well in the fridge.
Yum! I'd love to come for dinner when you can't be bothered cooking ;o)
